Because this is an independent not-for-profit venture aimed at helping consumers contemplating a cruise get a better sense of what other cruisers have experienced, we are not staffed to respond to phone calls.

We can be reached either through e-mail (info@savvy-cruiser.com) or by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page.

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address, of visitors to our Web site. We obviously collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail.

We aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page and used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site.

Consumer complaints filed by visitors to our site are retained indefinitely in a database intended to assist us in analyzing the performance of cruise lines and cruise travel agencies.

We do not make the e-mail addresses of those who access our site available to commercial organizations for marketing purposes.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
